I'm a nutritionist and nutritional consultant who believes in gentle, natural transformation of habits. My approach is not just about food. It's about your comfort, energy throughout the day, stable mood and harmony with your own body. I explain how different foods affect your body, how to organise your diet in the best way so that you don't feel hungry, stressed or guilty. We work together, gradually and consistently, taking into account your habits, goals and schedule.
Over the years, I've seen how even small changes can give great results - without radical decisions, exhaustion or forbidden ‘favourite’ foods. My task is not to control, but to teach. So that after the consultation you have not just a list of tips, but a deep understanding of how to take care of your body in real life.
